TACFIT How to train like a Navy Seal

The TACFITCommando program is a bodyweight-only regimen and may be completed in about almost the same space you might need to lie down in. It only takes 20 minutes to workout, but it is packed with an intensity and body fat melting power most athletes don’t even tap in a complete 60 minutes of conditioning.

TACFIT will also teach you several secret maneuvers used by real life spies in the field. You will be able to run, jump and slide like James Bond in the crazy opening scene. You will stun the ladies just like James Bond did when you walk on the secluded beach.

TACFIT Commando is based upon actual regimens Flow Coach Scott Sonnon is using currently in training Israels anti-terrorism team, Navy SEALs and secret service, American special ops personnel, bodyguards to the Italian Prime Minister, Federal agents, firecrews, police officers and fighters.

For TACFITCommando to be approved by tactical ops, the program had to meet this criteria:

Portability – trainees need to be capable of training everywhere, at all times.

Efficiency – responders are always operational, and so their conditioning has to be compressed to fit into their hectic schedule.

Tactically Relevant – the conditioning program has to contribute to, rather than compete against tactical skills – not simply exercising for exercise sake.

TACFIT Commando was made mobile by eliminating equipment. You can do it in your living room, backyard, gym or hotel room. You can nearly do it while you stand in the shower. Commando is efficient as it’s limited to 20 minutes. Anyone can find twenty minutes a few times each week, so laziness just gave up another excuse.

TACFIT empowers you to respond to crisis situations while remaining level-headed and aware. You will always keep your cool when everybody near you is losing theirs. Tacfit Commando is a highly desired and substantial exercise regime.
